Hanes

It's Back To School time, and you know what that means. Stock piling school supplies and clothing the kiddos will need to get thru most of the coming school year. And, at least for the first month, everything is new and crisp and the kids look like they've stepped out of a catalog. Then reality returns and they go back to looking like knuckle-dragging mouth breathers like usual. But, wow, that first chunk of school, it's like a living Leave It to Beaver episode!

When Hanes (by way of those head turning gals at PBN) offered to send me socks and undies for not just one, but all four of the kids, well, hot damn, color me happy!

We, and by we, I mean the boys, go thru an insane amount of underwear. And socks. I don't know what happens to their stuff. Some of it looks like they spent weeks on the beaches of Normandy during the invasion, while other items go completely missing. How does this happen? I actually don't really want to know.

I've always liked and therefore purchased Hanes. I know that they will fit the kids, which is a plus. The size I grab is the size it should be and is going to be perfect, every time. But if it isn't (which never happens to me) I know I can get my money back because Hanes offers a Comfort Fit Promise. They guarantee that their underwear is not going to ride up, it's a wedgie-free guarantee!

Hanes also makes the thickest socks that are the warmest and last the longest. I know this because except for the summer months, I am a sock person. I've purchased, for myself, every sock brand on the face of the Earth. Hanes last the longest. Period. Same with the kids socks. I can wash those sucker eighty bazillion times and they still maintain their cushiness and look good, unless the kids took a run thru a field of mud or some such other kid-related atrocity.

Aside from getting all the stuff the kids already need and use, my oldest son is a Tween and has started wearing boxers as his pajamas. And the boxers from Hanes have a No Gap Fly. He self-conscious pretty much all the time about the weird stuff going on with his body, so this detail is a good thing, knowing he can walk around his family members and not give everyone a show.

Hanes has always had a solid reputation for making great products for your family. Some of the new features won't disappoint. And Back To School time is a great time to find that out for yourself.

"Knuckle dragging mouth breathers" made my day. My eldest is getting tired of Tighty Too Whiteys, as he likes to call them.

Howse Carroll? It doesn't look like we will make it down before football season. Then all bets are off until Thanksgiving.

How much does Haynes pay you? ;)

VE - Hanes didn't pay me a dime, but they sent a ton of undies and now, I know, you are very jealous. It's OK, that wedgie looks good on you!
